Andrew has been a resident of Colchester for almost 30 years and his children were born and grew up here. He is standing for election in the 2024 Local Election, but is also the Green Party’s MP candidate for Harwich & North Essex, which covers the northern and eastern parts of Colchester, including Wivenhoe and Rowhedge.

He says: “I am standing for election because it is time – not just for a change of government – but for a change in how we do politics altogether. Everyone deserves to have the best services and quality of life possible, and I will work for a future that is just and sustainable.”
