The Green surge continues. National membership of the Green Party of England & Wales now stands at 180,000 and rising. This is a trebling of the membership since Zack Polanski became the leader. Here in Colchester, membership of the local party stands at a record 548, an increase from less than 200 in just a few months. With the cost of living crisis continuing and bills still being hiked, we realise that many people are finding things tough at the moment. The Green Party will continue to put both the cost of living and the nature & climate emergency at the top of the political agenda and to make hope normal again!
